The Dollar Energy Fund appointed professional liability litigator Ralph M. Monico by board vote to serve on its Board of Directors, as well as its Planning Committee. In this role, Mr. Monico will help set the strategic direction of the organization whose mission is to improve the quality of life for households experiencing hardships through utility assistance and other services.
