This program will discuss recent rule changes related to ethical obligations with technology and maintaining client communication, document managements systems and client questions that have recently arisen form RFT’s as well as our firm’s social media policy. Attendees will gain an understanding of best practices for representing themselves on social media as an individual but also as an employee.
