Attorney Matthew Fry prevailed in an appeal of a Right to Know Request in the Court of Common Pleas of Clearfield County. The trial court, who acts as an appellate court in local agency right to know matters, denied the Requestor’s attempt to obtain confidential policy materials from a private corporation that contracted with the County.
The Court affirmed the holding from the Office of Open Records that these internal policies were not County records and were exempt from production under the PA Right to Know Law.
