On August 25, 2025, attorney Phillip Glyptis received an order and opinion in the Circuit Court of Kanawha County, West Virginia, awarding summary judgment on behalf of engineers and a traffic control company in a professional negligence case. The Court found that the Plaintiff failed to: (1) name a qualified expert; (2) produce evidence that the action or inactions of the Defendants proximately caused an injury to Plaintiff; and (3) offer evidence that Defendants’ conduct was reckless.
