Attorneys Healey & Frankel Receive Arbitration Finding for Defense

Attorneys Jody Healey and Anne Frankel received a finding for the defense after an Arbitration involving a wrongful death case against a Lackawanna County hospital and an area doctor. As to the hospital, the case involved allegations regarding nursing care and documentation as well as functionality of a pneumatic compression device. At the time of the arbitration, the pneumatic compression device was presented by a nursing administrator to demonstrate its use and alarm notifications.
