Attorneys Jody Healey and Greg Moran were recently successful in having a medical malpractice action dismissed against a Luzerne County Orthopedic Surgeon and his practice Group on Preliminary Objections.
The Court found Plaintiff’s complaint deficient under Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure governing professional liability actions and dismissed the Complaint in its entirety.
