Who we are…

A flourishing Healthcare Litigation practice currently based in our Philadelphia office is expanding to Pittsburgh. We are seeking individuals to spearhead the work of a new client and assist with an expanding caseload. This new Pittsburgh-based team will defend nursing homes and medical malpractice claims. Team members will interact directly with clients while fully managing cases including discovery, hearings, depositions, trials, and more.

Ideal candidates are…

  • Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania (second license in Ohio or West Virginia a plus)
  • Experienced (at least 3 years) in a relevant practice area such as healthcare, medical malpractice, or personal injury
  • Proficient at taking depositions and assessing medical issues
  • Willing to take initiative, demonstrate leadership, and tackle challenging assignments
  • Able to balance multiple priorities, apply analytical and creative thinking, and anticipate next steps with minimal direction
  • Capable of interacting effectively with clients and other contacts
