Burns White’s Healthcare Litigation Department is a dynamic practice focused on the representation of healthcare institutions and healthcare professionals. We handle matters in diverse areas of litigation including medical and professional malpractice, corporate negligence, and general liability, as well as compliance matters involving state and federal governmental regulation. We also manage contractual and employment matters for our clients. We are hard working with a strong sense of teamwork and camaraderie. Our work can be demanding at times – but it is rewarding and challenging. We take quality and client service seriously, but our environment is casual and flexible. Ideal candidates are…
- Licensed in Pennsylvania (additional license in Delaware or New Jersey a plus)
- Experienced in healthcare, medical malpractice, professional liability, personal injury, general liability, or other relevant practice area
- Motivated and willing to take initiative, ask questions, and learn
- Collaborative with a willingness to receive and give feedback
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team
- Good problem solvers and able to apply analytical thinking
- Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities

The salary range for attorney positions is $90,000 – 180,000 based on position, length and applicability of experience, scope of responsibility, and ability to bring or potential to expand business.
