A flourishing Healthcare Litigation practice currently based in our Philadelphia office continues to expand business in the Southwestern Pennsylvania area. We are seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to join our Pittsburgh-based team to defend nursing homes and medical malpractice claims.

Ideal candidates are…

  • Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania
  • Second license a plus (OH, WV, NY, DE, NJ)
  • Successful track record as a trial attorney in a relevant practice area
  • Experience in long-term care preferred
  • Management skills to oversee pretrial activities and trial teams
  • Proven ability to establish rapport and counsel/manage clients

The salary range for attorney positions is $90,000 – 180,000 based on position, length and applicability of experience, scope of responsibility, and ability to bring or potential to expand business.
