A jury in Philadelphia returned a no negligence verdict in a claim brought against a Class I railroad. Attorney Daniel B. Donahoe defended the railroad in a FELA case alleging a former employee developed colon cancer. The trial began February 2nd and concluded February 6th in Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Mr. Donahoe was assisted by Patrick Horvat and Amanda Sargent.
