Attorney Brian Kane successfully obtained a defense verdict in Allegheny County on behalf of a regional oil and gas company. The Plaintiffs alleged negligence and private nuisance claiming noise, lights, and vibrations from fracking well pads on neighboring properties impacted the use and enjoyment of their property. After a two-day trial, the jury found that the oil and gas company was not negligent and did not create an actionable private nuisance.
