Burns White’s Complex and Commercial Litigation group is currently seeking an experienced litigator to join our Pittsburgh office in the Strip District. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 yrs of experience in general litigation and/or employment law. We are hard working with a strong sense of teamwork and camaraderie.

What you bring to the table…
- PA license required (WV or OH license a plus)
- 3-5 years of litigation experience
- Must have strong research and writing skills
- Willingness to take initiative and ask questions
- Ability to work independently within a team environment
- Strong communication skills and professional presence to interact with clients
- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing demands
- Analytical and creative thinking
