Burns White’s Mass Torts and Transportation Departments are growing and dynamic litigation practices. Our team in Cleveland handles legal issues involving occupational injury and exposure litigation, general liability, products liability, and appellate advocacy. What you bring to the table…
- Ohio license required (Pennsylvania or Michigan license a plus)
- 1 to 5 years of litigation experience
- Willingness to take initiative and ask questions
- Ability to work independently within a team environment
- Strong communication skills and professional presence to interact with clients
- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing demands
- Analytical and creative thinking
