Attorneys Margonari & Peluso Secure Dismissal of Physician

Attorneys Daniel Margonari and Joseph Peluso have secured the dismissal of a physician, without any payment, prior to a scheduled trial. The lawsuit involved an alleged delay in diagnosis and treatment of a patient’s splenic cyst. Plaintiff alleged that this led to an infection and ultimately the patient’s death. Trial has been rescheduled for later in the year against the remaining defendants.
