Attorney Mintz Obtains Complete Dismissal of All Claims for Long-Term Acute Care Client

On May 19, 2025, Attorney Philip Mintz obtained a complete dismissal of all claims against one of our long-term acute care clients in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. The Plaintiff, a resident of our client, alleged that she sustained a fall that resulted in injuries. Plaintiff sued for negligence seeking damages. In response, we filed a Motion to Dismiss, which was granted by the Court, dismissing the matter in its entirety.
