O’Neal, Maravich Deliver Defense Verdict in Highly-Contested Case

Burns White trial attorneys, Stuart T. O’Neal and Sean Maravich, obtained a defense verdict on behalf of a hospital and physician practice group in a heavily contested case involving alleged catastrophic injuries and damages. The trial occurred before The Honorable James Gibbons in the Court of Common Pleas of Lackawanna County. The trial team also included attorney Courtney Barbacane, as well as paralegal Ann Konchinsky.
