Attorneys O’Neal, Margonari & Rafferty Receive Dismissal with Prejudice on Behalf of Prison Medical Staff Member

Attorneys Stuart O’Neal, Daniel Margonari, Ken Rafferty, and senior paralegal Dawn Keiser received a dismissal with prejudice on behalf of a prison-medical staff member in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. The Plaintiff, a prisoner, alleged a violation of his Eight Amendment rights against Deliberate Indifference. The United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania adopted the Magistrate Judge’s Report and Recommendation to dismiss the case in its entirety, and dismissed the prison-medical staff member from the case with prejudice.
