The trial team of Stuart O’Neal, Marcy Tanker, and Mark Derner succeeded in having the Hospital voluntarily dismissed from a case involving a surgical injury. The injury, which occurred during a laparoscopic procedure performed at the Hospital, resulted in the plaintiff requiring extensive reconstructive surgery of her biliary system.
