Attorneys Podheiser & Callahan Achieve Pennsylvania Superior Court Victory

Attorneys Ira Podheiser and Peter Callahan achieved a favorable decision from the Pennsylvania Superior Court on behalf of a nursing home client.  The Superior Court affirmed the entry of judgment in favor of the nursing home client based on the principles of Statutory Employer and immunity from liability under the Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Act.
