Attorneys Riley & Perry Secure Complete Dismissal of Hospital Administrator

Attorneys Amy Riley and Cory Perry recently secured the complete dismissal of a hospital administrator from a Luzerne County civil action.  The Plaintiff, a physician previously affiliated with the hospital, asserted claims of tortious interference with contractual relations, civil conspiracy and intentional infliction of emotional distress.   The Court held that the Plaintiff failed to substantiate any of his claims against the Defendant with the requisite expert opinion on the complicated liability issues specific to hospital administration.
