The Burns White Trial Team of Stuart O’Neal, Kimberly Baron, Kenneth Rafferty, and trial paralegal Ann Konchinsky secured the complete dismissal of a medical malpractice/duty to warn case today, just two days before trial.
The matter involves allegations of serious and permanent injuries sustained by the Plaintiff and was lodged against a hospital as well as a variety of other healthcare providers, all of which were prepared to defend the case at trial. Leading into the trial, Plaintiff proffered a seven-figure demand, which was rejected by the defense.
