Attorneys Steidle & Horvat Obtain Dismissal on Behalf of Casino Client on Premises Liability & Negligence Claim

Attorneys John Steidle and Patrick Horvat received an Opinion and Order from the Trial Judge and obtained a dismissal on behalf of a casino client on a premises liability and negligence claim.  The Court granted the dismissal on the Casino’s Motion for Summary Judgment as the record, even when taken in the light most favorable to Plaintiff, failed to establish a duty on the part of Defendant Casino.
