Attorney Woolsey Successfully Defends Nursing Home in Arbitration

Attorney Alexandra Woolsey successfully defended a nursing home at an arbitration on August 28, 2023, in a premises liability case. At issue was a cross-claim against co-defendant for reimbursement of defense costs and attorney fees based on an indemnification clause in a contract. A panel of three arbitrators issued the Report and Award of Arbitrators, finding judgment in favor of our client in the amount of our defense costs and attorney fees.
