Who we are…
Burns White’s Railroad Litigation Department represents Class I and short line railroads in a variety of business and legal matters across the country with a focus on occupational disease, toxic tort, environmental, and products liability litigation. We advise our clients on risk management and risk avoidance techniques, regulatory compliance, FELA, and proposed legislation.
