Attorneys Stuart O’Neal, Daniel Margonari, Mark Derner, and Senior Paralegal Dawn Keiser, received a dismissal with prejudice on behalf of a provider of prison medicine for alleged damages based upon allegations of medical malpractice and Eighth Amendment claims of Deliberate Indifference to a Serious medical need. The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania granted the Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss with Prejudice in its entirety, dismissing the individual medical staff member and prison medical provider with prejudice.
