Justin B. Anderson is a Member in the firm’s Construction Law and Litigation practice areas, located in the Philadelphia office. Mr. Anderson is a litigator, offering clients creative solutions and strategies to navigate the legal process effectively. He represents clients from various industries in contract matters, professional liability suits, and business transactions.
Peter A. Callahan is a Member in the firm’s Healthcare and Long-Term Care practice group. For more than 25 years, he has handled major exposure and multi-party cases in insurance defense matters with extensive experience in the areas of nursing home malpractice and Aging Services matters, general liability, construction, products, and property liability, and automobile accidents.

Kenneth N. Schott, III is a Member practicing in complex commercial litigation, employment law, banking, and financial services, professional liability defense, and legal malpractice. Mr. Schott serves a diverse clientele from the financial services, business, insurance, transportation/logistics, and manufacturing sectors.
Nicholas D. Varischetti is a Member at Burns White, assisting businesses from a wide range of industries with their litigation, general business, and advisement needs. Mr. Varischetti takes a hands-on approach to understand each client’s position within the framework of its business or industry.

Samantha L. Conway is a Member in the firm’s Healthcare and Long-Term Care practice group. Ms. Conway focuses her practice on medical malpractice and premises liability defense. She is experienced in handling and advising clients on all aspects of the litigation process, from the inception of the matter through the appellate process. She also handles contract disputes, defense of asbestos claims, and insurance disputes.

Daniel J. Twilla is a litigator whose practice focuses on insurance bad faith, insurance coverage, and commercial litigation. He is a Member and serves as co-chair of the Insurance Practice and Extracontractual Practice group at the firm. Mr. Twilla is an experienced trial attorney representing insurers throughout Pennsylvania in a variety of insurance disputes and has litigated matters arising from a wide range of insurance policies, including general liability, homeowners, and commercial and personal automobiles.
