Attorney Engelkraut Obtains Defense Verdict on Behalf of Physician Practice

Attorney Brett Engelkraut obtained a defense verdict on behalf of a physician practice group in a five-day jury trial in the Court of Common Pleas of Chester County. The case involved an alleged failure to diagnose/treat coronary artery disease in a woman who sustained a massive heart attack. There was testimony at trial from seven expert witnesses and three physician defendants. After deliberating for less than 20 minutes, the jury returned a unanimous verdict in favor of all defendants.
